Special Advisory Panel
Outlook is developing a Special Advisory Panel to assist with steerage and guidance relating to the development of a number of the Corporation's current initiatives.
The Special Advisory Panel's primary function will be to assist Management in specialized areas of development relating to the Corporation's current initiatives. Members of the Special Advisory Panel will report directly to the Board of Directors.

Advisory Panel Governance:
Outlook's Board has adopted a Corporate Governance Policy which includes guidelines on corporate governance for Management and the Board to follow. In forming the Special Advisory Panel certain key principles governing how the panel will operate in meeting their responsibilities, including the Panel's overall stewardship, are included in the Corporate Governance Policy.
