Board of Directors

John Bottomley
President and (C.E.O.) Director Since, 1999

John joined the company as Secretary-Treasurer in July of 1998. He was elected to the Board of Directors at the next annual shareholders meeting in May of 1999. Tasked with the job of refinancing the company, John was appointed President the following year and was successful in financing and developing two natural gas drilling projects for the company in the spring and summer of 2000. In 2001 John assumed the role of C.E.O. and began the work of redirecting the company's focus towards the development of Agri-based, Renewable fuels projects.

Robert Farah
Director Since, 2000

Robert is presently working as financial advisor and business consultant to a number of companies. Robert is the former CFO of Hart Stores, Montreal, PQ, he was a CFO for Dylex (Bi-Way Division), Toronto, ON and Director Strategic Planning for Hudson's Bay Co., Toronto.

William (Bill) R. Johnstone
Corporate Secretary & Legal Counsel Director Since, 2000

Bill is a Securities Lawyer and is the founding partner of Johnstone & Company, a boutique securities law firm based in Toronto, Ontario. Bill and his family reside in Toronto.

James (Jim) P. Middagh
Director Since, 2004

Jim is President of James P. Middagh Associates Inc., a business consulting firm and trading brokerage business since 1999. Chairman and founder of Originals Online Limited, an electronic original documents company since 1999. Jim and his wife reside in Winnipeg Manitoba.

Dale Schofield
Director Since, 2004

Dale is President and Director of Schofield Oil Limited, 1101759 Ontario Inc. and Butterflies Unlimited Corporation. Council member of Kitchener-Waterloo Community Foundation since 1998. Member of Management Board (Ontario division) of Canadian Petroleum Products Institute from 1987 to 1999. Senior Vice-President and director of Safety-Kleen Canada Inc. from 1987 to 1998. Dale and his wife reside in Breslau Ontario.

Guidelines on Corporate Governance:

As part of Outlook's corporate governance policy, the Board has adopted a set of Guidelines on Corporate Governance which outlines certain key principles, guidelines or practices governing how the Board of Directors and management of the Company will operate in meeting their responsibilities, including the Board's overall stewardship responsibility, and in enhancing shareholder value over the long term.
