The Outlook Resources team is comprised of natural resource and "clean tech" veterans passionate about bringing low-carbon fertilizers to the market.
Warren Arseneau – CEO and Director
Warren is an experienced sustainability executive and consultant with internationally recognized expertise in recycling plastics. His work and innovation produced practices and principles that are now industry standards, and in recent years, he has contributed extensively to technical discussions on recycling and on plastics.
Warren is a veteran of green-tech manufacturing, having founded and developed RTICA, a manufacturer of a high-efficiency building insulation product made from recycled plastic.
Prior to founding RTICA he managed E2M, a sustainability consultancy which assisted business, government and educational institutions in integrating environmental issues into their business function. Clients included Kraft General Foods, Niagara College, Environment Canada, Canadian Standards Association and Consumers Glass.
He has also held senior management roles at Dural Products, Occidental Petroleum, and Domtar Packaging where he developed a large-scale recycling business unit.
Warren is a multiple industrial process patent holder.
Errol Farr – CFO and Director
Errol brings an extensive leadership background to Outlook Resources. In his capacity as CFO, Errol structured the acquisition of ERTH Solutions Inc. and has crafted the strategy to bring the Agassiz Arctic Char facility to profitability. His extensive reporting and finance background make him a strong fit at Outlook.
Errol has been CFO for various private and public companies, including mining, media and forestry firms. Highlights of his career include:
Michael M. Boyd – Director
Michael is an entrepreneurial business leader and senior finance executive with extensive experience in bridge debt financing, venture capital, private equity, lending and corporate finance. He has expertise in business start-ups and raising capital through his roles as a senior executive in several Toronto brokerage firms between 1992 and 1995, as Managing Director, Merchant Banking, for HSBC Capital (Canada) Inc. from 1997 to 2002, and in running his own company, Junior Industrial Finance Corp. from 1990 to the present date. He also managed a bridge fund specializing in enterprise value lending of short to medium term loans from 2002 until its recent wind-up. Michael holds an MBA from University of Western Ontario.
Perry Rapagna – Director
Perry has worked in the investment industry for over 20 years and was a licensed security broker. He has worked closely with a number of companies raising capital and helping to bridge the information gap between management and investors.
Duncan Cameron – Advisor
Duncan is Managing Director of The G2 Group and in his advisory capacity he brings to Outlook Resources over 25 years of experience with leading edge, global firms including sales, marketing and operations, both as a practitioner and consultant. He has always thrived on helping companies to add rigor to their thinking and processes, without sacrificing time, quality or creativity.
Over the span of his career, he has had hands-on supply chain optimization and operations experience in over 15 industries, including sustainable technologies, CPG, food and beverage, retail, natural resources, logistics, automotive, aerospace, telecom. Duncan's body of work in sustainability includes work in recycled insulation, organic aquaculture, sustainable innovation tools, conservation services, and alternative power generation.
While with Deloitte, Duncan led a team of 25 business process and implementation consultants. He has also held senior roles with leading supply chain management vendors i2 Technologies and The Baan Company.
Duncan holds a BSc. from Queen's University in mathematics, and has been certified in production and inventory management (CPIM) and integrated resource management (CIRM) by APICS.
Ash Seha – Advisor
Ash Seha is a marketing and strategy veteran who over the last 15 years has brought his deep expertise in sustainable technologies and supply chain management to a variety of enterprises.
Previous to co-founding The G2 Group, he was Managing Director and co-founder of The Launch Factory, a boutique management consultancy and financial intermediary specializing in the launch of early-stage companies in the clean-tech and software sectors. Over the course of seven years, The Launch Factory helped over 60 firms across North America -- in sectors as varied as recycled insulation, sustainable innovation tools, energy management services, alternative energy, and sustainable agriculture -- to attract growth capital, craft effective go-to-market strategies, and articulate crisp value propositions to the marketplace.
Prior to founding The Launch Factory in 2002, Ash was Director of Product Marketing at i2 Technologies, a leading supply-chain management software vendor.
Ash holds an MBA from Queen's University and a BA in industrial relations from McGill.
