Management Team

The Outlook Resources team is comprised of natural resource and "clean tech" veterans passionate about bringing low-carbon fertilizers to the market.

Errol Farr – CEO and Director

Errol brings an extensive leadership background to Outlook Resources. In his capacity as CEO, Errol has led the acquisition of ERTH Technologies and has crafted the strategy to bring the Agassiz Arctic Char facility to profitability. His extensive reporting and finance background make him a strong fit as the leader of a public company while his management experience allows him to be a strong manager of organizations.

Errol has been CFO for various private and public companies, including mining, media and forestry firms. Highlights of his career include:

- Participated in the raising of over $150m for various firms ($100m in one instance)
- Is the current President of Adex Mining
- Helped turn around a near-bankrupt media firm to a successful sale four years later
- Helped a mining firm research and develop one of Africa's largest properties
- Helped that same firm start and run a successful renewable forest and chip mill
- Led the financial reporting of fifteen public companies

William (Bill) R. Johnstone, Director and Corporate Secretary

Practice Leader of the Securities Law Group at Gardiner Roberts LLP in Toronto with expertise in Securities, Corporate Finance, Mergers and Acquisitions and Corporate Governance.  Counsel to various junior public companies, Bill is also an officer and/or director of several TSX Venture Exchange listed public companies.

Scott Dyer, Chief Scientist

As Chief Scientist, Scott brings to Outlook broad and deep experience in the development of sustainable agricultural solutions. His 30 year tenure in the industrial agriculture industry has spanned a variety of senior roles with industry leaders including Monsanto, Deere, and Sandoz. With those companies, Scott has pioneered the development of solutions in the areas of seed genetics, crop management, and biological systems. In his role with Outlook, he brings to bear that deep understanding of plant physiology and complex systems to the engineering and optimization of the company’s low-carbon fertility products. In addition to his diverse professional experience, Scott holds a B.S. from Oregon State University in B.S. Botany and Plant Pathology, and an M.B.A. from Westminster College.

Justin Eisenach, VP Agricultural Sales

Justin is a seasoned business development executive with a strong track record of success in the sustainable products industry. As both an entrepreneur and in senior roles with industry leading companies, Justin has been on the forefront of the development and successful commercialization of a series of innovative sustainable and renewable products, including offerings in the fertility products, food and beverage, and consumer goods spaces. As Outlook's VP Agricultural Sales, Justin leads the company's critical efforts in driving the adoption of low-carbon fertility products amongst Americas largest industrial farmers. He holds a B.A. from Colorado State University and an M.B.A. from the University of North Dakota.

Perry Rapagna, Director

Perry has worked in the investment industry for over 20 years and was a licensed security broker.  He has worked closely with a number of companies raising capital and helping to bridge the information gap between management and investors."

Warren Arseneau, Advisor

Warren brings a wealth of experience as president of a “green” insulation business. In his role at Outlook, Warren initiated the sourcing and negotiating the ERTH relationship as well as working with the Agassiz team to bring it to financial stability.

Warren has been an experienced executive and consultant with internationally recognized expertise in recycling plastics. His work and innovation produced practices and principles that are now industry standards. In recent years, he has contributed extensively to technical discussions on recycling and on plastics. Warren is the founder of RTICA and its predecessor company, E2 Development Corporation. He developed the concept and patented technology to produce insulating materials from recycled plastics.

James Muzzy, Advisor

With has more than 30 years of involvement in international business development, waste recycling, alternative fuels, telecommunication, banking, finance and public markets. He spent 10 years with the Bank of America where he was involved in merchant banking, real estate and construction projects in 16 countries with a portfolio value of over $2 billion. Mr. Muzzy was an early participant in the alternative energy industry, including biomass renewable fuels. He has also been involved in various private and public companies involved in the recycling of various wastes.
