Management Team

John T. Bottomley
President & Chief Executive Officer (C.E.O.)

Mr. Bottomley joined the company as Secretary-Treasurer in July of 1998 and was elected to the Board of Directors at the next annual shareholders meeting in May of 1999. Tasked with the job of refinancing the company John was appointed President the following year and was successful in financing and developing two natural gas drilling projects for the company in the spring and summer of 2000. In 2001 John assumed the role of C.E.O. and began the work of redirecting the company's focus towards the development of Agri-based, Renewable Fuels projects.

John is a senior executive with extensive, progressive, general management, marketing, corporate finance and accounting experience in both large and small enterprises. He has provided business consulting services through his own management consulting firm since 1995 and subsequently through GPI Management Group since 2000. From 1996 to 1998 John worked as Vice President of Marketing for a Canadian based energy recovery company. John & his family reside in Burlington Ontario.

Dilip Jain
Project Development Manager, Bio-fuels

Mr. Jain joined the Corporation earlier this year (2004) to assist with the Environmental Permit Applications for the Corporations two Bio Economy Park projects in Manitoba, Canada. Dilip is a Chemical engineer with five years of international experience in project development work developed during his career with Indian companies where he worked on a variety of projects relating to bio-mass power, fuel ethanol, multi-feed distilleries and sugar refineries. Dilip has provided engineering consulting services to sugar companies in Sri Lanka and Australia. Dilip provides Outlook with expertise in process engineering, energy integration, process specification preparation and process control design requirements.

William (Bill) Johnstone
Corporate Secretary & Legal Counsel

Bill is a member of the Board of Directors and serves as Corporate Secretary and Legal Counsel to the Corporation. Bill is the Practice Leader of the Securities Law Group at Gardiner Roberts LLP in Toronto, and has developed a wide range of expertise including:

• Prospectus Offerings including Capital Pool Offerings
• Advising on and preparing stock exchange listings
• Mergers and Acquisitions of both public and private companies, reverse take-over transactions, formal and exempt take-over bids, going-private transactions, amalgamations and arrangements
• Advising public companies on corporate governance compliance
• Advising clients on continuous disclosure obligations
• Representing clients in all aspects of public offerings including rights offerings, equity and debt financings, private placements and limited partnership offerings
• Advising on compliance with the Securities Act and other relevant provincial securities legislation
• Obtaining regulatory approvals
• Advising clients on Mining law including the acquisition, option and joint venturing of resource properties, disclosure obligations under National Instrument 43-101 and flow-through financings

Bill was a member of the Ontario Securities Commission’s Small Business Advisory Committee (SBAC) from July of 2002 until January of 2005. The SBAC was established to advise on securities regulatory issues facing small and medium-sized businesses in Ontario. He is also a director of the Canadian Listed Company Association. The association provides a forum for education and communication on regulatory issues to the companies listed on the TSX Venture Exchange. Bill is a member of the Ontario Bar Association Business Law Section Securities Law Subcommittee.
